I know L29 knows alot of things about certain people around here and I would love to hear from her especially since they are moving wouldnt that be nice to just open that can up, I am sure those certain people would not like that info on here. So I guess walking over to CHARLIE and his GF Brittney while they sat in a ranger and asking them if they wanted a blanket for the ride back home because it was cold outside makes her a bad person. Hungry, all I can say is for someone who knows SO MUCH, is privy to SO MANY things both City and County Related, especially information that has not even been released publicly YET, but you stick it out there, keeping us all informed and updated about who did what where when, etc. Kinda like the Sheriff hiring the minorities and you piping up. I dont think the rest of the agency knew even that had been done, but YOU did!
and then u claim that your "hungry" and wish you had a job. With as much inside info that you possess or are exposed to, you ought to be employed TODAY!

From what I heard today at the ol watering hole, is that simply put there is going to be a huge civil suit filed against the City after November.
Something to do with notice to government having to take place called Intent to Sue.
That has been done and after next month it getting filed by her and her husband in Circuit Court and then it's going to be on like Donkey Kong.
From what I heard is that there are going to be several parties to the suit besides the General City of LaBelle. Going to be some well known names, and their associates to boot being named as defendants according to some legal circles I have been hearing from at lunch. I guess it sucks to be named individually because then the jury can award damages both from the City as an entity and then individually as themselves and are personally responsible for the damages. City cannot pay those.
Then I guess there is going to be a Federal suit filed as well with the EEOC / DOJ.
Sucks these days to be in that kind of mess.
So I am sure it is in fact coming............ not going to be pretty from what I am hearing.

TOGOB, has been working 14 hours a day 6 days a week. Unlike the Flying Buzzard who evidently has more time on their hands to have their ass glued to this board.
The point has been made, most of the people get the concept, they get the idea. I am sorry you did not. But then again, some people could have it drawn on paper, graphically (pictures for those of you who dont get above the four and five letter words) and some still would not get the idea.
Bottomline is the City and various members of this community (personally as themselves) better start saving some major cash. Damages come in several forms.
I personally dont like my taxes going up because of the shortsighted shenanigans of various parties whom are in power in BOTH the cities and county today. It is stupid, it costs US money, and slows us down as a naturally progressing community.
The problem with everyone in politics in this area is that nobody that is qualified will run. Mainly because of the mechanism that is set up to begin with they have to contend with. They all go in all hotter than hell going to set the world on fire and take charge and clean up, but when they get there they find the problem is so huge and insurmountable, that they are overwhelmed and cannot even make a dent. So they just " fall in" and march like good soldiers, and earn that high salary. Who wouldnt in this days economy?
Who is to say I am not the owner of this business in question? That I have the proper licensing both from the city and the county, AND the state and world class trailer building certificates? Who is to say I am not the woman who decided because I was let go from a local business because of the economy, that I did not decide to go try to make a difference with my husband? You know just to feed my two little girls, pay house payments, you know like the rest of everyone else.
Isnt it funny that just recently all of the people of whose who in the city and county start dropping by my shop trying to say they arent involved? Or accusing another one for starting something different? Including the sheriff himself all of the sudden now wants to get involved?
We did not start this. But we are not going to simply "go away" or roll over like so many other much poorer people have had to do simply because Mike Boyle (according to court transcripts) all of the sudden said we were in violation AFTER a year or so and 40,000 dollars worth of work from HIM as agent for the city, and AFTER he wanted a custom trailer built from US and didnt like the price, started this whole process?
I have also heard that the "EVERGLADES SEASONING" company who was started and ran in this town, (down by ranch supply) had to pull up roots and MOVE to Sebring because of an alleged Mike Boyle shenanigan. They have created a huge process in Sebring and now employ over 60 people we are told. Think of jobs that left this area. Sebring is PROGRESSIVE. LaBelle is RECESSIVE, REGRESSIVE.
I have to get to work. So Flying Buzzard, get a life. or a job, unless you work for government and do this on their time which I have also heard has been going on.

Hungry he has done so much crap lately who cares what HE does? His report card so far is a big fat F or U depending on what grade level you want to use.

I sincerely hope they take a piece of the city with them and I can only say I had not have jury duty when that case goes to court. She is going to be set for life as well as her kids.
Who cares about whidden, he is a little kid in a playground, trying to figure out how the train goes. He is fixin to get slapped from what talk there is in town I have heard and it aint going to be on his hand.

Not get bent, because of miscommunications, and involve a brand new employee of the City whom never had any dealing with this nor knew any of the history. Sad part of it the poor guy is getting beat up in court, while Boyle sits back and calls the shot unaffected.
Terry Woods whom used to be code enforcement officer for Boyle, would stop by, while they were building stuff for the CITY and never once say or do anything. Almost 40,000 dollars worth of work for the CITY, and now they want to do something about it?
Also according to the owner, she had court recently in which the wonderful CITY attorney, cited a notation that the county court judge could not hear the case and had no jurisdiction!
Does everyone in the city who has EVER been issued a city based code enforcement citation know what that means? It mean a) the citation was in a wrong format because it stated to be heard by the County Court not a Special Master as per City Charter. (One that the City DID NOT and STILL DOES NOT have) b) the fines levied against you are improper and if you have paid any fines code related, then you are evidently entitled to a refund!! If the county court has no jurisdiction then your fines were in error as well as a an improper citation. The CITY does not have a special master nor a Code Enforcement board.
Go down and get all of your refunds! Compliments of the City Attorney!

Of course of all the the shenanigans that are going on in this town nowadays, it doesnt surprise us that the whole d**n county is corrupt. Too many well known faces, long term families, and people whom have been in office of public service FAR TOO LONG. Boyle needs a dose of reality instead of riding around on his little motorbike with his newest babe hanging on the back, since his poor wife (god bless her) passed. Too much video and snapshots of ol Mikey boy in lets just say situations that a public official should not be in or doing.
What should have been done from the start, is he should have man upped, and went and talked to her about the price, and worked something out. Not get bent, because of miscommunications, and involve a brand new employee of the City whom never had any dealing with this nor knew any of the history. Sad part of it the poor guy is getting beat up in court, while Boyle sits back and calls the shot unaffected.
Terry Woods whom used to be code enforcement officer for Boyle, would stop by, while they were building stuff for the CITY and never once say or do anything. Almost 40,000 dollars worth of work for the CITY, and now they want to do something about it?
Also according to the owner, she had court recently in which the wonderful CITY attorney, cited a notation that the county court judge could not hear the case and had no jurisdiction!
Does everyone in the city who has EVER been issued a city based code enforcement citation know what that means? It mean a) the citation was in a wrong format because it stated to be heard by the County Court not a Special Master as per City Charter. (One that the City DID NOT and STILL DOES NOT have) b) the fines levied against you are improper and if you have paid any fines code related, then you are evidently entitled to a refund!! If the county court has no jurisdiction then your fines were in error as well as a an improper citation. The CITY does not have a special master nor a Code Enforcement board.
Go down and get all of your refunds! Compliments of the City Attorney!

Hey if that boyle guy is stalking, get an attorney, thats not right, see what the pros say that otta scare um off. what da whiden guy say about all this? hes the top cop ain''t he? I been gone a couple years, just got back, I new boyle from school he's been around forever. knows all the ropes.

Well we will have some goodies to post on here. This topic is going to be all about how the City of LaBelle, it's officers, commissioners, employees, and all who are connected, are in a desperate attempt to cause a local business to shut down, because Mr. Mike Boyle did not get a custom made trailer given to him for a price that he demanded a few months ago. Now he brings the Citys new code enforcement officer on a singled out quest to shut this business down. No other business in LaBelle who does the exact same thing has been notified, touched, or advised otherwise to the contrary.
Despite the fact that the City itself has since two years beginning contracted with this same company, for the exact same services and products in the amount of over 37000.00. But because now the good ol boyz of LaBelle got their underwear in a wad, they are out to shut down this woman owned minority business. By acts of stalking, the Sheriff himself Mr. Whidden has been down at this shop, and has taken several reports of such, as recently as TODAY.
Details are forthcoming, and we are sure that when it is said and done all the names will be out, and all the facts presented.
Bottom line is if you dont play by Boyles rules, and the City of LaBelle, you are destined to pay the price in an attempt to make you fail.
Well we are afraid you p*ssed off the wrong woman in this case, and all h*ll is fixing to break loose. All these secret meetings in the woods. Now Now Now, that aint legal and it isnt right now is it BOYS? oh and Girls?
